You will need to have successfully completed an NVQ Level 2 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent qualification and have 5 or more GCSEs at grade 9-4 (including maths and/or English at grade 4). You will also need to have good interpersonal skills, take pride in your appearance and be able to manage your time effectively.
This course will develop and build upon the techniques that you will have learned on a Level 2 course, enabling you to become an advanced, highly qualified and professional spa therapist. This programme will consist of theory and practical sessions, developing your advanced beauty skills in areas such as face and body electrical treatments, body massage, electrolysis and microdermabrasion
On successful completion of this course, you'll be ready to confidently enter the beauty industry with a wide range of opportunities available, from working in salons, spas, health farms, cruise ships to even starting your own business. You could also progress to university or even transfer your skills and knowledge into teaching.
