We are committed to reducing the gender pay gap. Our mean gender pay gap is 8.4% and the median gender pay gap is 15.1% which is lower than the sector norm, which has a mean gender pay gap of 13.3% and a median gender pay gap of 16.2% .
We will continue to look at HR processes such as recruitment and promotions to address any adverse impact these may have on women’s pay.
