Enrolment Information

Aged 16–18:

1. Your exam results.
2. A reference or Year 11 report, if this has not already been provided.
3. A form of photo ID, such as a passport, Oyster card, provisional driving licence or full driving licence.
4. Please bring your passport with you. If you do not hold a British passport, we need to see your Home Office share code. You can find out more about Home Office share codes. Please generate your share code before you attend. A share code for immigration status starts with the letter “S”. If you are unable to obtain one, you will need to bring a Home Office or solicitor’s letter instead.
5. Contact details for two emergency contacts, such as parents or carers aged 18 or over. Please provide a mobile telephone number and email address for each contact.

If you are a non-UK national:

We need to confirm your residency status. To help speed up your enrolment, please complete your residency information before attending the College in August by following the steps below:

• Log in to your ProPortal account. Instructions can be found in the ProPortal Guidance
• Go to Custom Pages and select Residency Form
• Complete the required information, including your share code. Find out more about Home Office share codes
• If you experience difficulties logging in or need to reset your password, email ITServiceDesk@ncclondon.ac.uk. Quote your Student Reference Number and explain that you are trying to access ProPortal

Aged 19+:

1. A form of ID. We will need to see a form of ID, such as a passport, driving licence, bank statement or benefit paperwork.
2. National Insurance Number.
3. Immigration/Residency Status. Please bring your passport with you. If you do not hold a British passport, we need to see your Home Office share code. You can find out more about Home Office share codes. Please generate your share code before you attend. A share code for immigration status starts with the letter “S”. If you are unable to obtain one, you will need to bring a Home Office or solicitor’s letter instead.
4. Proof of income. We will need to see payslips, a contract of employment or bank statements. This applies to all adults.
5. Proof of qualifications. Please bring proof of all qualifications you have achieved, such as certificates or exam results. This includes Functional Skills English, Maths, ESOL or any other qualifications.
6. Membership fee. All adults aged 19+ are required to pay a £30 college membership fee. Payments can only be made by debit or credit card. We do not accept cash.

Please note: you can show us proof of income and immigration on your phone. Paper copies are not required.
