Epping footballers are summer series double champions!

Footballers at New City College’s Epping Forest campus are celebrating doing the double!

Both the Epping first team and the second team won their respective AoC (Association of Colleges) Sport Summer Series Leagues, ending the season as champions.

The first team were winners in the Men’s Championship East, Group D league and the second team topped the Men’s Regional League, East Group D.

NCC Sports Coach, Paul Griffiths, said: “Congratulations to all the players on their achievements! And a special mention to the Epping football coaching team – Andy, Aaron and Timmy – they have done a fantastic job.”
