Course information

The course is suitable for young people aged 16-19 and is designed for those who may be undecided on a pathway to choose, or not quite ready for a full Level 1 course.

Students will study Maths, English and soft skills, working towards certificate in progression.

The programme will run over four days a week with one full day where learners can gain access to a vocational area, subject to campus availability.

Vocational areas may include:

  • Art, Design and Media
  • Business and Enterprise
  • Computing and Digital Industries
  • Early Years
  • Hairdressing and Beauty Therapy
  • Health Sciences and Social Care
  • Motor Vehicle and Technologies
