This course will prepare you for progression from the more generalist Essential Digital Skills programme at L1 to the more specialist IT User programme at Level 2. The programme introduces Microsoft Office software, (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and covers some of the office-based disciplines and information management required in the workplace.
