Course Overview
The Certificate in IT and Digital Skills course will support you in developing your knowledge in using Microsoft Office, including commonly used software packages like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Course content
This course provides you with increased levels of basic IT skills. It will support you in developing your knowledge in using:
• Microsoft Office Word
• Excel
• PowerPoint
• General Digital Skills
• General House Keeping

Progression
Upon completion of this course, we will support you to progress onto other courses i.e. Business Administration or Accounting qualifications. You may also want to consider an apprenticeship or to find employment.

Entry requirements
To attend this course you must:
• Be 19+
• Be legally allowed to work in the UK
• Have lived in the UK for the last three years
• Be claiming work-related benefits such as Jobseeker’s Allowance or Housing Benefit
• Pass a short assessment for English and Maths
