Entry requirements
You will be expected to have 5 or more GCSEs at grade 9-4 including English Language and maths at grade 4 or progression from Level 2Cookery course.
You may also be required to take a trade skills test, which will involve a MasterChef-style challenge (you will be given a box of ingredients and asked to prepare a meal).

This course is a 'Free Courses for Jobs' course. This courses is free if you are not working, earn below the National Living Wage annually (£18,525), or do not already have a level 3 qualification. find out more
This full-time one-year advanced level course is perfect for those who have already achieved a level 2 qualification in Professional Cookery, or who are already working in the hospitality and Catering industry.
